Lean bulk cycle diet

Great Article Fella’s! I like the concept of mini bulk/cut cycles, for myself I find that I make better lean mass gains while my body fat percentage is still relatively low, if my body fat starts getting up to much I find it hard to get a clear indication of whether I am getting the gains where I want them to be because everything becomes too soft and blurred (I go by what I see rather than what I weigh). This kind of program in theory I guess would help you gain better control over fat gains. Currently I am eating and training to add mass by eating a calorie surplus on training days but pulling it back in to maintenance on rest days (on a 5 day split) and if I feel as though my body fat is creeping up too much I just adjust my carb intake. I might give a 6 week bulk followed by a 2 week cut a go in the new year. I am thinking on a 2 week ‘mini-cut’ you would almost treat it like 3-4 weeks pre-contest. Could be dangerous to drop calories and carbs too dramatically in such a short space of time?? not sure

Hi Erny – I’m still skeptical but I’ll be 40 soon and have the classic spare tire – not a massive oversize tire but still more than I need. What’s my best supplement (crazy bulk or otherwise), in your opinion to slim/trim as first priority but still build muscle. I’m guessing Testosterone changes are a big factor for me now. I have broad shoulders & strong legs, but could do with bigger arms (currently average) and flatter belly/waist. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for all your research & sharing your experience.

I always figured the right diet and a well-rounded workout would always be enough to lose stored body fat without losing muscle. Then after I started noticing some buddies getting way better results than I was, I realized if I wanted to get the body I knew I deserved, I needed an extra push. I have some champion Siberian Huskies, they are record holders in pushing and pulling competitions for dogs. I would like to provide them with a boost in strength for their next events. I was going to try LG-4033. I have a couple of 220 lbs huskies and three 132 lbs female huskies. I was going to give the males 10mg and the females 5mg. Does this sound about right. Also, I keep reading about cycling. As I understand cycling as it applies to oral testosterones that is because of the alkyd molecule at the 17a position which caused liver damage but allowed the testosterone to make multiple passes thru the liver.
Since LG-4033 is a SARMS, there is no Alkyd molecule to cause liver dysfunction, correct? Is it really necessary to cycle the SARMS then? I really care about my Huskies and only want the best for them.
These are serious questions and I hope you take the time to respond.
